(More customer reviews)This is my first time using these types of broadheads, I usually stick to the mechanical ones.
I must say, they do perform. I arrowed my first wild hog at 20 yards 2 weekends ago, and the arrow went right through. The hog layed down no more than 30 yards from the shot. The broadhead held up fine after the shot. I had to re-sharpen the tip, but the blades are still sharp. I took a practice shot with one of the arrows at my target, and it found the bulls eye from 30 yards.
At about $5 each, I don't feel the same pain I used to when recovering an arrow (usually damaged mechanical blades .. have fun replacing those) or worse, losing the arrow.
There's a little assembly that's required, but it only takes about a minute per broadhead once you've got one under your belt.
Based on the experience I had, I do recommend this product.
