(More customer reviews)My eight year old son saved his money for this bow. He was beyond excited when it arrived. We took it out of the box, attached the quiver, and went out back to shoot it. The draw weight on this thing is about 3 pounds. It's adjusted as tight as it will go. Needless to say an arrow travels all of five feet from this thing. It may be just an anomaly but he is VERY disappointed. To top it off Red's Gear, (the Amazon Marketplace seller) won't allow returns unless the product was unopened. Ask yourself how one is to know if the product works without opening the box? We will now have to send the item back under manufacturer's warranty which I am sure will take months........
